The Ark Restaurant offers a garden-to-table five course tasting menu bursting with fresh, crisp delicious ingredients harvested in the early hours of the morning. Degustation menu (is changed every week):
Tuesday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Menu a la carta (do not apply on the holidays):
Tuesday to Friday 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Coffee:
Tuesday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (except Sundays) and 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Breakfast:
Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
