A Tropical Farm to Table Restaurant
The concept exists since the beginning of agriculture as it is simply the process of serving produce from a place close to where it is grown. In our case, straight from our botanical garden!
Our chef knows the people that have planted and take daily care of the produce he uses in the design of the menu and plate decoration. Our menu changes weekly to reflect what’s ripe or ready to eat at the moment allowing for a more nutritional and tastier meal, one that has been made with ingredients picked the same day.
